A few things to know when buying from US Z Scale.
- All sales are final unless there is a defect covered under warranty.
- The prices listed are the prices the items go for. I keep my rates low just like the former owner of USZ did and I keep the shipping cost at a flat rate which means I am covering part of the shipping cost every time for you.
- Bartering, requesting lower prices, or trying to make a deal with me, is not something we do.
- All items are drop shipped from Ztrack Distribution straight to you. I don't handle the products as of this time.
- Tracking numbers will be provided upon request, but I don't always receive them right away. The post office will email them to me and I can forward them to you at your request. One request is enough.
- I know how important these tiny trains are, but I am at the mercy of the post office and orders will take longer to arrive especially around the holidays.
- If there's anything I can help you with, feel free to call, text, or email and I will get back to you as fast as I can.
- If an item has a "sold out" banner on it, please inquire if it's something you want and I'll do my best to find it for you.
- I'm always happy to help, but I can't fix a problem I don't know about.
- Rudeness, leaving nasty messages, and/or publicly blasting me on the USZ Facebook page will not be tolerated and will result in you no longer being able to purchase from USZ.
- All of the above were things I've had to deal with and I've had to be more clear about.
