The Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad (CMStP&P), often referred to as the "Milwaukee Road" (reporting mark MILW), was a Class I railroad that operated in the Midwest and Northwest of the United States from 1847 until 1986.

The EMD F7s feature prototypical details, a 7mm motor, directional controlled LED, blackened metal wheels, optional replacement truck with truck mounted coupler, draw bar (A units only) and come DCC ready. Both A and B units are powered.
