VIRGINIAN GASOLINE & OIL COMPANY (VGOX)  is a located in West Virginia and was registered on April 12, 1922. After a quick online search they seem to still be in business today, though not a heck of a lot of information seems to be available.

General American tank car company introduced these cars in 1917. Designed for bulk liquid shippers, the cars were non-insulated. These cars carried a wide range of products from oil to foods. The cars feature blackened metal wheels, add-on parts, fine pad printing, Bettendorf trucks and AZL’s AutoLatch™ couplers.
